Kids Corner - Booger Masks

As all CCIE members are aware Youth Activities are a part of every CCIE Meeting. Learning from our History Committee the reasons Cherokee people made Booger Masks was also an opportunity for our youth to make their own verson of the mask.

Getting startedBill helps everyone get started with the mask foundations.

more work on masksAnne also helps as more and more people step up to start their work of art. Humm, a few don't resemble the rest of the youth members.

Gathering to show their MasksThere is excitement in the air as preperations are made for the next step in the process. Each person has their own idea as to how they will add their finishing touches to make the mask their own.

Theresa asks our youth members to come forward to display their masks. They were incredible to see and everyone was proud to display their works of art.

Finally the Booger Masks are ready for display! And what a great job everyone has done.

Booger Maskes displayed on a table

Time for a close up of a few of the masks that our youth members worked so hard on and what a wonderful job they did.
Our youngest members were overjoyed with the results and proud to display their Booger Masks.

They will never guess it is me!

Well if they recognize me I'll really be surprised! I'll really be surprised
